5cl GAUTIER VS or VSOP cognac
1,5cl Marie Brizard® raspberry syrup
1,5cl lemon juice
½ egg white
Preparation and serving
Combine all the ingredients into a shaker without ice and shake it hard for 20 seconds.
Add ice cubes and shake it again for 20 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a raspberry and a grated nutmeg.
